During his stay, Vincent Tourre led a 3-week course for students specialising in art and technology at the School of Environmental Art. The main course he taught was the application of spatial information. He explained the application of spatial information from aspects of the characteristics of spatial data, the method of collecting spatial data, the processing and analysis of spatial data, the visual expression of spatial data, etc., and led students in conducting field research, analysing and processing data, and teaching the practice of visual expression of spatial data. Vincent Tourre also gave an academic lecture entitled 'Analysis and visualisation of urban space' for teachers and students at the school. He showed students a series of work analysing and visualising urban spatial data and shared the whole process of visualising urban spatial information.
