Centrale Nantes in the world's top 300 in the Times Higher Education 2020 "University Impact Rankings"
Centrale Nantes recognised for its commitment to sustainable development in the Times Higher Education 2020 "University Impact Rankings".

In the 2020 THE University Impact Rankings out today, Centrale Nantes is ranked among the 300 best universities in the world for its economic and social impact. This second edition includes more than 766 institutions in 85 countries.
Centrale Nantes is positioned in 5th place out of only 16 French institutions present. To join this select group, institutions are assessed by Times Higher Education against the 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs) defined by the United Nations.
Centrale Nantes performed well on six goals in particular:
Based on our firm belief that training, research and innovation are essential for understanding the phenomena and identifying possible solutions, the school is committed not only to supporting sustainable development goals through our teaching, research and knowledge transfer, but also to embodying these goals in our internal practices, policies and procedures.
