Centrale Nantes moves up in the 2024 Figaro étudiant's ranking of French engineering schools

87 (post-classes préparatoires) engineering schools feature in this year's Figaro étudiant ranking.
For this ranking, schools are ranked on the basis of fifteen indicators divided into three main categories:

- Academic excellence: selectivity in competitive entrance exams, academic success of engineering programme students, number of lecturers in relation to the number of students, proportion of graduates going on to PhD studies.
- International: presence in the latest international rankings (Shanghai, THE, QS, GEURS), diversity of regions of origin of graduates, proportion of international graduates, proportion of graduates having undertaken an internship abroad, proportion of graduates working abroad.
- Graduate employability: proportion of graduates who found a job in less than two months, salaries on graduation in France, presence of alumni on Linkedin and number of alumni on the executive committee of a CAC40 company, and founders of a start-up listed in the French Tech Next120.
