Diversity: Centrale Nantes signs the 'Autre Cercle' LGBT+ Charter of Commitment

As a mark of its commitment to CSR and its desire to promote diversity and prevent discrimination, Centrale Nantes will sign the Autre Cercle Charter of Commitment, on 5 February. Autre Cercle is a French association working for LGBT+ rights. On the programme: round table on diversity and signature of the charter.

To mark the signing of the LGBT+ Charter of Commitment with the association Autre Cercle, we invite you to a conference on diversity on Friday 5 February 2021 at 1:00 pm (zoom link: https://ec-nantes.zoom.us/j/96152932804). The round table will thus be held entirely online, with a chat system for live questions.

Created in 1997, the Autre Cercle association is the leading French player in promoting the inclusion of LGBT+* people in the workplace, whose values are respect, humanism, independence, commitment and pragmatism. It advocates for a work environment that is fulfilling, inclusive and respectful of people in all their diversity, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. In addition to its vocation as an Observatory, its role is to support organizations and promote good practices. At the end of 2019, the association had brought together 138 public and private organizations signatories of the LGBT+ Commitment Charter, collectively representing 1.3 million employees.
