Ecological Transition Mornings "The Low-Tech approach applied to regional municipalities", a conference with Jean-Baptiste Thony
Our upcoming Ecological Transition Morning will feature Jean-Baptiste Thony, co-founder of Low-Tech Bordeaux and municipal councillor in charge of circular economy at Bordeaux City Hall.

Jean-Baptiste Thony is a former student of Centrale Nantes who started his career working for large industrial groups. His strong ecological awareness led him to leave his company to devote his efforts to alternative projects. He became involved with the ANV-COP21 Gironde association, then co-founded Low-Tech Bordeaux before becoming a municipal councillor in charge of circular economy in Bordeaux City Hall, under Pierre Hurmic, Mayor of Bordeaux.
He will give a talk on the theme: "The Low-Tech approach applied to regional municipalities".

The conference will take place at Centrale Nantes, in Lecture Theatre A, from 10.15 am to 12.15 pm on Tuesday 6 December
