EMARO+ Students arrive at Centrale Nantes
on September 7, 2021
Following the signature of the EMARO+ double degree agreement between Centrale Nantes, University of Genoa (UniGe) and Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), the first EMARO+ students arrived at Centrale Nantes at the beginning of September and took part in the welcome programme.
This year, two students from UniGe will follow their M2 year at Centrale Nantes and two students from Centrale Nantes in the Control and Robotics - Advanced Robotics track will pursue their M2 year at UNIGE. At the end of this second year of the Master's programme, these students will obtain the EMARO+ double degree, a programme that has been recognised and accredited by the European Union on several occasions over the past 15 years.
More about EMARO+
The EMARO (European Master on Advanced Robotics) programme welcomed its first students in 2008, under the Erasmus Mundus European Programme of Excellence label. The programme was extended in 2014 as the Erasmus+ (EMARO+) programme.
As the European funding cycle of EMARO+ recently came to an end, three of the partner institutions decided to maintain this project and the community around it by concluding an EMARO+ Double Degree agreement.
Students can thus apply for a double degree - studying at two of the three consortium partner institutions: Centrale Nantes, University of Genoa, Warsaw University of Technology.
