Kymatio Workshop 2022: Deep learning meets wavelet theory
Kymatio offers a new methodological perspective on AI by combining deep learning and wavelet theory.
From May 19, 2022 to May 20, 2022 from 09:00 To 18:00
Centrale Nantes will host the Kymatio Workshop on 19 and 20 May. Kymatio'22 is the first workshop on wavelet scattering in Python, bringing together the community of scientists contributing to the open-source software of the same name. This software, created in 2019, participates in fundamental research in AI and has a growing number of applications, from astrophysics to health, including cybersecurity, radar imaging, and digital art. The workshop includes lectures, discussions, tutorials, and collaborative work.
The conference is led at Centrale Nantes by Vincent Lostanlen, CNRS research fellow, and Vanessa Gonzalez, PhD student, both of the SIMS team in the Laboratory of Digital Sciences of Nantes
The workshop is supported by the CNRS (DR17), RFI Atlanstic2020, and IVADO (Quebec).
