Ecological Transition Mornings: "Perma-Entreprise: A viable model for a livable future, inspired by permaculture" a conference with Sylvain Breuzard
See you on 17 January 2023 for the next Ecological Transition Morning, with Sylvain Breuzard, CEO of Norsys and inventor of the "perma-entreprise" concept. The conference will be held by videoconference from Centrale Nantes.
On January 17, 2023 from 10:15 To 12:15
Sylvain Breuzard is the founder of Norsys, a "perma-enterprise" providing digital services. Having created the "perma-enterprise" concept, inspired by permaculture, his business model is based on three principles: caring for humans, preserving the planet, setting limits and sharing surpluses. He is also Chair of the Board of Governors of Greenpeace France.
He will give a talk on the theme: "Permaentreprise: a viable model for a livable future, inspired by permaculture".
The conference will be preceded by a presentation by the Observatoire des formations citoyennes, which has conducted a study on the place of sustainable development and engineering ethics at Centrale Nantes. This study, which falls within the field of sociology, is original in its method and its object. Students and staff participated through questionnaires, interviews and workshops held in 2022. The Observatoire will review the process, but also the limits and contributions of such a system, which helps to understand engineering courses a little better. The Observatoire's presentation is only open to school students and staff.
Sylvain Breuzard will not be present in person, but the conference will be held on Zoom and will be broadcast in lecture theatre A at Centrale Nantes.
