Dialogue/s evening: bringing together students and companies for meaningful working lives
What if we took time out to discuss and understand the career challenges for younger generations at a time of ecological and societal transition? Centrale Nantes and Sens&co are joining forces for an evening of discussion between students and companies.
On March 10, 2022 from 17:00 To 20:00
The quest for meaning, Big Quit, new forms of work and management, the desire to contribute to ecological and societal transition, etc... These are some of the preoccupations of young generations preparing to enter the workforce.
For their part, companies are currently facing major difficulties in recruiting, understanding and retaining these young generations, which are key to their future development.
Given the growing gap between the needs of companies and the aspirations of young graduates, Centrale Nantes and Sens&co decided to join forces to create space for interaction between these two worlds.
How can career commitments be reinvented in the changing world of work and in the face of environmental disruption? How can we change course without going so far as complete rupture? These are the questions around which the DIALOGUE/S evening on Thursday 10 March from 5 to 8 pm will be structured.
From 6 to 8 pm, the evening will continue with a participative sequence that will allow views to be shared in order to gain some perspective and find keys to bring the two worlds closer together.
