RMEI
The Mediterranean Network of Engineering Schools (RMEI) was created in June 1997 to highlight the specific strengths of the Mediterranean region, through increased efficiency, via a network of Grandes Écoles, Universities and other partners of the Mediterranean region.
The main goal of the RMEI Network is to take into account training, research, innovation and economic development in a context of student mobility and for the sustainable development of the Mediterranean region:
Objectives
The main goal of the RMEI Network is to take into account training, research, innovation and economic development in a context of student mobility and for the sustainable development of the Mediterranean region:- To enable students to become citizens who are aware of societal, economic and environmental issues.
- To identify, thanks to the expertise of the scientific members of the RMEI institutions, the research themes that are a priority for the promotion of sustainable development in the Mediterranean through innovation.
- To develop partnerships with the economic world engaged in the Mediterranean region: to learn how to better get to know and work together, to create activities and to facilitate links between students (personal projects, internships and recruitment), research and business concerns.
