"For new applicants, my advice would be to thoroughly research the program and understand how it aligns with your career goals. Exploit the resources offered by the school, such as networking opportunities with industry professionals and involvement in research projects."
What is your background?
"I am a dedicated, result oriented and intellectually curious forever student. I am an Indian by Nationality. I am currently pursuing my final semester - Master’s in Agile Factory Management as part of M.Sc Industrial Engineering program at Centrale Nantes."

Why did you decide to join Centrale Nantes for this Master's programme?
"- My career ambition to become an expert to contribute towards the futuristic transformation of the Enterprise and its processes to drive sustainability and to make the world a better place for the future.
- Centrale Nantes, one of the top engineering schools in France, that offers Agile Factory Management under Industrial Engineering, with curriculum blend on exposure, implementation and continuous evolution of Techniques and Technology.
- ECN curriculum emphasis mostly on practical learning through Tutorials, Lab and Project. The student – school administration system is far better with greater accuracy, transparency and easy to access (communication, schedule, resources and course materials)
."

What do you think of the programme so far?
"This course covered the topics related to Industries 4.0, Shop floor scheduling, Systems of cyber-physical production systems, decision making methods, sustainable manufacturing etc. Clearly, courses have helped to enhance my calibre. In my current mission, I could implement my learnings from my Master’s program and objectively justify my proposals and decisions to the senior management of my enterprise."

What about student life on campus / in Nantes?
"- Campus: International team has helped me with smooth integration. Campus has always been vibrant with non-exhaustive activities throughout the year. It is equipped with excellent facilities to train yourself intellectually & physically and to engage socially. There are multiple student clubs and organizations to join and contribute.
- Nantes: Nantes is a beautiful city with rich cultural heritage and is also an industrialized metropolitan city. Nantes is student friendly with lots of opportunities for social and cultural exchanges. The city has good inter connectivity. It has pool of Industries and start-ups to experience and to search for professional experience."

Any advice for new applicants?
"For new applicants, my advice would be to thoroughly research the program and understand how it aligns with your career goals. Exploit the resources offered by the school, such as networking opportunities with industry professionals and involvement in research projects.
To find yourselves a great career, it would suggest giving the equal importance to professional literacy in French Language as much as you give for technical syllabus (If you intend to find a promising and stimulating industry experience)
."

What are your plans for the future?
"I will continue to learn, experiment and implement the knowledge gained towards my career ambition. I would like to be exposed to the different experience professionally and to explore the new culture and try to support the professional career of the young engineers through guidance, mentoring and coaching."
