Could you describe your Master's studies in a few words? "Being of a mechanical engineering background, I chose to explore the world of composites. Looking back to my 2 years in Centrale Nantes, I really appreciated the quality of education, the syllabus, the innovative research laboratories and the world-class professors who were available for assistance and guidance." What’s your current position? "After the Masters program, I was admitted to a PhD program at University of Le Havre Normandy. The goal of my thesis is to find new techniques for the elaboration of functional composite materials that have additional advantages (e.g. electrical, conductive or mechanical functionalities)." How did your studies at Centrale Nantes help you to build your career? "As an engineering school that has international reputation, it will help me to keep in touch with international industrial companies, research and projects in the maritime field. Moreover, within its international environment, it would be easy to find a lot of friends with various origins and cultures." What was life like on the Centrale Nantes campus life and generally in Nantes? "By connecting with other international students, I learned to interact quickly with people of different cultural perspectives. Thanks to the international relations office who integrated and introduced us to spectacular cultural activities until we made the beautiful city of Nantes our home." If you had to describe Centrale Nantes in 3 words, which ones would you choose and why? "Challenge: Translated by the hard work of students. Motivation: The willingness to learn. Success: A guaranteed key to the future."
